Payment:
30% on booking
70% supplement at the latest 1 month before the rental
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation no later than 2 months before the rental: full refund of the sums advanced
Cancellation between 1 and 2 months before the rental: 30% cancellation fee
Cancellation less than 1 month before rental: 100% cancellation fee
Deposit:
A deposit of € 700 will be requested, at the entrance to the house, it can be made by check, cash, or transfer (instant same day or classic in this case the sum must be received in the account at the latest the day before arrival)
How’s the booking going?
You make a pre-booking by entering your dates in the form opposite, this will block the rental for a period of 7 days. You will immediately receive a confirmation email and a second email with the rental agreement. The booking will be effective when we have received the signed rental agreement and the deposit amount. You will then receive a rental confirmation and the contract countersigned.
